Concept

I created a CRM desktop app, from conducting research and designing the UX and UI to prototyping and testing. I iterated on the design based on feedback from design critique session and user testing.

I revamped the website with a strong focus on integrating gift-giving into the purchasing experience. This involved conducting a UX audit, improving IA and user flow, simplifying the purchase process and enhancing UI. To validate my design, I carried out usability testing.

Let me introduce myself

My name is Błażej and I have recently shifted my career towards UX/Product design. I began my journey as a Product Design Trainee in a branding and strategy creative agency. Now I am excited to explore new opportunities and continue my learning and growth in the dynamic world of digital design.

How I got into UX?

After high school, I wondered where I could best utilize my potential. As a social person with a knack for math, a love for dance, and a passion for observing the world around me, I wasn't quite sure what path to pursue. Becoming a UX designer certainly wasn't an obvious choice at the time.

Over the years, I gained experience in various fields and held several different jobs. I studied civil engineering and urban design and also worked as a bartender, dance teacher, assistant architect, and in sales. Through these experiences, I learned a lot about myself and eventually found my way into the world of UX design.

I decided to quit my job and dedicated myself to learning everything I could about UX design. I immersed myself in the field, shadowing designers, taking courses, attending meetups, and seeking out mentorship opportunities.
